Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Karela 300gm
  2. Poppy ( Postopaste) 2 tsp
  3. Mustard paste 1 tsp
  4. Charmagaz( Melon paste) 2 tsp
  5. Tomatoe diced half cup
  6. Chilli
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil 2tsp
  9. Curry leaves/ Coriander leaves
  10. Onion sliced half a cup
  11. curd 1 1/2 tsp
  12. Sugar 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. First wash the Biiter gourd and slice it in round . Marinate withturmeric n salt.
  2. Shallow fry on medium flame
  3. Now in pan heat oil and shallow fry the cut karela till golden brown and soft. Then add the onion and give it a stir fry. Then Add the posto paste and mustard paste. Saute well. Then add the charmagaz paste and curd. Cook thoroughly. Then lastly add sugar and tomatoes. Keep stirring.
  4. When cooked garnish with curry leaves or coriander leaves with chilllies.
