Kudri is very good for health.Its green vegetables also.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kudri 2 cups, chopped
  2. Posto 1/2 cup
  3. Green chili - 4 to 5 , chopped - adjust
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp
  6. 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, stir fry Kudri for 3-4 minutes
  2. Add green chili and stir fry for 1 minute
  3. Add salt and water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add posto paste and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice
