ABOUT Cauliflower and potato stir fry RECIPE

Cauliflower potato stir fry which goes perfectly with some dal rice or some phulkas.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gm cauliflower
  2. 2 peeled potatoes
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  5. 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  6. Salt
  7. Mustard Oil or any oil
  8. Turmeric
  9. Red chilli powder
  10. Coriender powder
  11. Garam Masala
  12. 1/4 spoon mustard seeds
  13. 6 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Cut and wash potato and cauliflower florets and keep it aside
  2. Now in wok heat oil add mustard seeds as it start to splutter add garlic and potatoes to it and cover the lid.
  3. When potatoes turn golden add cauliflower and cover the wok again with lid..cook for 3-4 minutes then give it a stir and add ginger garlic paste to it and cover the lid.
  4. After 3 minutes open the lid add turmeric and stir it.
  5. After 3 minute add salt and stir then add chilli powder ,coriender powder and garam masala stir it nicely so that all the spices mixes well now add chopped tomatoes and green peas and cover it for 5 minutes more.
  6. Sprinkle 2 spoon of oil and saute for 3 minutes and garnish with chopped cilantro serve it with chappati .
