Crisp sesame garlic chicken are great as an appetizer or a main course. Air frying is healthier than deep frying, and delicious in taste too. It's bloomin' good though!

Ingredients Serving: 4
Marination part : Chicken pieces 1 kg
Cornflour 3 tbsp
Rice flour 1 tbsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
For Tempering :
1 tbsp oil
Onions 4 small size
Capsicum 1
Green chillies 6
Minced garlic 6 cloves
Grated ginger 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp or as per your taste
Vinegar 1 tsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
Rinse and dry chicken. Add Cornflour, rice flour, salt & pepper. Coat well & keep aside for marination.
Make sauce : Take a bowl put honey, green chilli sauce, ketchup, lil minced garlic and some water, mix well and set aside.
Now Cook the chicken at 380 degrees for 25 mins, shaking the basket for every 5 minutes.
When timer sounds cook at 400 degrees for 5 mins. All skin on chicken pieces should be dry and crisp.
Heat oil in a pan and then add minced garlic and saute then add ginger and sliced green chillies and again saute for 30 secs. Add some sesame seeds also.
Put square shaped onions and capsicum in it & saute for 2 mins on high flame.
Add salt, Chilli flakes, Italian seasoning and half of the sauce in it mix well on high flame. Turned the flame off.
Time to add air fryer chicken in it & toss well. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds & chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
