For the gravy- In an another wok heat oil add crushed garlic whole red chilli saute then add salt sesame seeds then add all sauces and saute. Then add the chicken stock, once a boil comes add the capsicum and onion bulbs and chicken pakodas and pepper. Then after a little cooking thicken the gravy with Corn flour water mix. Add in chilli flakes if taste sweet. Garnish with celery leaves.
