ABOUT Bread Honey Badam flavoured Malai Malpua RECIPE

This is an innovative version of malpua. A twist with honey and almond flavoured malai gives it a new taste. Its extremely delectable. Rich in calcium and vitamins too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices 4
  2. Milk 500ml
  3. Sugar 4tsp or to taste
  4. MTR badam drink mix 12gram
  5. Honey 6tsp
  6. Almonds, Pista, Dry figs, chopped 2tsp
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take milk and boil then simmer the flame.
  2. When milk gets reduced, add sugar and give a boil again and then simmer and stir in order to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Now switch off the flame and add Badam drink mix to it and stir properly so that no lumps are formed.
  4. Now let it cool at room temperature by covering with net cover and then put it in refrigerator when cooled for 2 hours.
  5. With this process you will get a sweet thick malai.
  6. Now take bread slices and cut them into desired shape.
  7. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the bread pieces.
  8. Now apply honey on the bread slices.
  9. After this apply prepared malai on it.
  10. Now garnish with chopped almonds, Pista and dry figs.
  11. Serve and enjoy
