Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. wheat flour 500 gms
  2. cardmom powder 2tsp
  3. Almond powder coarsely grinded 2tablespoon
  4. Ghee for frying
  5. honey 200 gms
  6. edible silver paper

Instructions

  1. add 1/2 salt tsp to wheatflour
  2. add 3-4 tablespoons of ghee
  3. take warm water and bind dough
  4. make muthiyas with your palm
  5. deep fry in ghee
  6. fry them in slow flame
  7. remove them when they turn golden
  8. crush with them hands when cool down
  9. grind them in mixture grinder
  10. seive with seiver with little big hole
  11. it will turn like semolina
  12. take little ghee in deep pan
  13. add this powder to ghee
  14. roast it on slow flame
  15. now add cardmom powder
  16. add almond powder
  17. mix and switch off flame
  18. now add honey
  19. mix with your fingers
  20. now take a small ball and press in modak mould
  21. remove extra part from sides
  22. remove modak gently
  23. honey can be adjusted as per taste
  24. garnish with silver edible paper and serve
