ABOUT Paneer Kebab RECIPE

Paneer, as we all know a North Indian dish & starter in every Indian Restaurant..All we have to do is marinate it properly with spices & apply it on Skewers.. Make sure that don't marinate soo long which turns paneer delicate. At the end, you'll love to have it if u properly follow the preparation steps..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 250 gms
  2. Curd 300gms
  3. Shahi Paneer masala- 1.5-2 spoons
  4. Capsicum pieces
  5. Onion pieces
  6. Garam Masala- 3/4th spoon
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
  8. Coriander powder- 3/4th spoon
  9. Pepper powder- 1/2 spoon
  10. Cumin powder- 1/2 spoon
  11. Lal mirch powder - 1.5-2 spoons
  12. Salt- 1 spoon or according to your comfort
  13. Parsley - 1 spoon
  14. Coriander leaves as optional
  15. Kaju paste 1-2 spoons

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl & add 300gms Curd in it. Add all the spices, salt etc which I've mentioned below.
  2. Mix it properly so that the gravy turns lil orange-cream colour.
  3. Add all the paneer, capsicum & onion pieces to gravy.
  4. Mix it well & marinate for 20min..
  5. After marination, take a skewer & add the pieces. Make sure that pieces should not contain much gravy.
  6. Place the skewer on grill. Keep on rotating for every 5min..
  7. Once you find the paneer is properly burnt, remove n enjoy the kebabs. Hope y'all like it. Thank you
