Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 cups---Amaranthus leaves (wash properly n strain,chopped finely )
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl , put finely chopped amaranthus leaves .
  2. Add besan,red chilli powder, salt ,Ginger paste, little water and mix well.
  3. Make small balls with this mixture.
  4. Steam these balls in a steamer ( like idlis)
  5. Let them cool.
  6. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  7. Deep fry balls till they become golden brown.
  8. Take out balls in kitchen paper.
  9. Serve hot amaranthus balls with any sauce or any dips.
