Wash and chop Amaranth leaves

In a woke pour half ghee add asafoetida, cumin seeds and all the whole masalas and cook for a while
Add besan and curd batter
When half done, add Amaranth leaves
Cook till done, check the consistency required
In a tadka pan, heat remaining ghee and add red chilli powder and give tadka to the bowl of kadhi
