No Maida, No Sugar, No kneading bread. Its easy and diabetic friendly.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Coconut Flour- 3/4 cup
  2. Coconut oil - 1/2 cup
  3. eggs - 6
  4. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  5. Baking powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C
  2. Whisk eggs and Coconut oil.
  3. Measure all the dry ingredients and mix with the wet ingredients.
  4. Let it sit for 5 min so that coconut flour absorbs the moisture.
  5. Bake it for 20min or the top is golden brown. A very healthy sandwich bread is ready.
