ABOUT Gluten free pancakes RECIPE

Chana daal is high in fiber and good source of calcium, zinc, iron and protein.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup chana daal(soaked for 4-5 hours)
  2. 1/2 cup spinach (chopped)
  3. 4-6 curry patta
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1tsp. Grated ginger
  6. Salt ( acc. To taste)
  7. 1tbsp. Oil for batter
  8. 1tbsp. Oil For cooking
  9. 2tbsp curd
  10. 1/2 tsp. cumin powder

Instructions

  1. Blend the soaked and drained chana dal in a mixer to a coarse paste adding a little water if required.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add curry patta, green chillies, spinach, ginger, curd,salt and mix well.
  3. Pour a little batter on a gridle and spread to make a small pancake.
  4. Cook on both the sides using a little oil .
