Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha 2 cups
  2. Green peas 1/2 cup
  3. Fine chopped onion 2
  4. Fine chopped tomato 2
  5. Fine chopped green chilli 4
  6. Curry leaves 1 tablespoon
  7. Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Oil 2 teaspoon
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Green coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Keep the poha in a stainer and rinse poha in running water
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chilli,onion and tomato.saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add peas and cook for 2 minutes
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
