Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For dough
  2. 1 1/2 cup maida
  3. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  4. Salt to tast
  5. 2 tbs melted butter
  6. Water as needed
  7. 1 tbs Oil
  8. For stuffing
  9. 1 tbs Oil
  10. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  11. 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  12. 1/2 cup chopped shimala mirch
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 2 tbs boiled corn
  15. 2 tbs chilli past
  16. 2 tbs greated paneer
  17. 1 tbs garam masala
  18. 2 tbs mozzarella cheese
  19. 2 tbs maida
  20. 3 tbs coriander leaves
  21. Other ingredients
  22. 1/2 cup thick maida past
  23. 1/2 cup green chutney
  24. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  25. Some cherries for garnishing

Instructions

  1. For dough In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients and butter and mix well.
  2. Now add little water and make a soft dough so we can easily roll it out.
  3. Add oil for more soft and smooth dough.
  4. Keep this dough for resting for atleast 1/2 hour.
  5. After 1/2 an hour make small balls from the dough.
  6. Just roll it in flour and make roti.keep this roti little thick.
  7. Prike the roti and now roast this roti in a slow flame and keep the roti half cook, the colour of roti should not change, prepare all the roti same way.
  8. Devide this roti in 4 parts.
  9. Now make a thick past of maida and water
  10. Take 1 part of roti and apply past on one side and give a cone shape.just press it lightly.prepare all cones this way and keep aside.
  11. Now In a nonstick pan take oil.
  12. Add all chopped vaggitables,chilly past, salt and cook this on high flame, don't over cook it.
  13. Now add boiled corn,garam masala, paneer and cheese.stir it for 2 minutes
  14. After adding all the ingredients lastly add maida and cook it for 2 minutes.
  15. Now switch off the flame and add coriander leaves and mix it well.
  16. After cooling the mixture now take a small portion and feel the cone with stuffing and press it lightly.
  17. Now deep the cone in maida past and coat with dry flour
  18. Deep fry the cone.stir the cone after while for desire golden colour.
  19. Deep in a sauce, green chutney, sev and put cheery on the top
  20. Serve immediately.
