Ingredients Serving: 10
For dough
1 1/2 cup maida
1/2 tsp carrom seeds
Salt to tast
2 tbs melted butter
Water as needed
1 tbs Oil
For stuffing
1 tbs Oil
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped shimala mirch
Salt to taste
2 tbs boiled corn
2 tbs chilli past
2 tbs greated paneer
1 tbs garam masala
2 tbs mozzarella cheese
2 tbs maida
3 tbs coriander leaves
Other ingredients
1/2 cup thick maida past
1/2 cup green chutney
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Some cherries for garnishing
Instructions
For dough In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients and butter and mix well.
Now add little water and make a soft dough so we can easily roll it out.
Add oil for more soft and smooth dough.
Keep this dough for resting for atleast 1/2 hour.
After 1/2 an hour make small balls from the dough.
Just roll it in flour and make roti.keep this roti little thick.
Prike the roti and now roast this roti in a slow flame and keep the roti half cook, the colour of roti should not change, prepare all the roti same way.
Devide this roti in 4 parts.
Now make a thick past of maida and water
Take 1 part of roti and apply past on one side and give a cone shape.just press it lightly.prepare all cones this way and keep aside.
Now In a nonstick pan take oil.
Add all chopped vaggitables,chilly past, salt and cook this on high flame, don't over cook it.
Now add boiled corn,garam masala, paneer and cheese.stir it for 2 minutes
After adding all the ingredients lastly add maida and cook it for 2 minutes.
Now switch off the flame and add coriander leaves and mix it well.
After cooling the mixture now take a small portion and feel the cone with stuffing and press it lightly.
Now deep the cone in maida past and coat with dry flour
Deep fry the cone.stir the cone after while for desire golden colour.
Deep in a sauce, green chutney, sev and put cheery on the top
Serve immediately.
