Dhokla is that kind of gujrati dish which is all time favourite. It is khatta dhokla with great taste and chutni and coconut and its tempering makes it wonderful

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup idli dosa batter
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. Salt
  4. Haldi [turmeric powder] - 1/4 th tsp
  5. Pinch Of Baking Soda
  6. 1 eno sachet
  7. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  8. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  9. For tempering---
  10. 1 tbsp oil
  11. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  12. Hing [asafoetida] - 1/4 th tsp
  13. 1 tsp urad daal
  14. 1 tsp channa
  15. curry leaves
  16. Coriander leaves
  17. Green chilly
  18. For serving---
  19. green chutney
  20. Coconut dlices

Instructions

  1. Take idli dosa batter and add curd
  2. Add salt haldi ,ginger and chilli paste
  3. Add pinch of soda and at last add eno
  4. Mix all of them and pour in silicon mould
  5. Now steam them for 10 to 15 min.
  6. For tempering --
  7. Take oil in pan add rai, hing and urad daal
  8. Then add channa and curry leaves
  9. Add green chilli and little water
  10. Temper dhokla cupcakes with the above tempering.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves
  12. Serve with chutney and coconut
