A very easy and delicious combination to be served for your family members, follow this easy recipe to make this at home.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup thin poha [flattened rice]
  2. 1 bowl boil potatoes
  3. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  4. 2 tblsp coriander leaves
  5. 2 cubes chesse
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp haldi [turmeric powder]
  8. 1 tsp dhania [coriander] powder
  9. 1 tsp kaoori methi
  10. 1 tsp green chilli
  11. 1 inch ginger chopped
  12. 2 tblsp of corn flour
  13. Oil for brushing balls
  14. For Masala chacch
  15. 1 bowl curd
  16. 1/2 bowl water
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Bhunna jeera powder [roasted cumin powder] 1 tsp
  19. 1 pinch hing
  20. 1 tsp kali mirch [black pepper powder]

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
  2. Soak chiwda in hot water for 5 min
  3. Now drain all water from the chiwda.
  4. Mix all ingredients except cheese
  5. Now make round balls and stuff 1 inch chesse in each of them.
  6. Now pre heat oven in 190℃ and bake all the balls with brushing oil on top bake for 15 min
  7. Masala chacch :
  8. Mix curd and water
  9. Add all masala and give it a good mix , it's ready to be served.
  10. Serve these balls with onion rings and masala chacch
