Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha-1 1/2 bowl
  2. Onion -2cut in length wise
  3. Capsicum-1/2cut in length wise
  4. Carrot -half length wise cut
  5. Cabbage -1/4 bowl length wise cut
  6. Oil-1tablespoon
  7. Soya sauce-2teaspoon
  8. Red chilly sauce -2teaspoon
  9. Green chilly sauce -2teaspoon
  10. Tomato -1 chopped
  11. Tomato sauce-2teaspoon
  12. Cumin seeds-1/2teaspoon
  13. Ajinomoto-1pinch
  14. Vinager-1/2teaspoon
  15. Ginger garlic paste-1teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First wash poha and drained out water and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok.
  3. Add cumin seeds and splutter them,
  4. Now add chopped onion and saute them till light pink in colour.
  5. Now add all the veggies and saute them for 2 minutes,
  6. Now add ginger garlic paste ,tomato and saute them for 2 minutes.
  7. Now add all sauces together and mix well.
  8. Now add ajinomoto and salt.
  9. Now add socked poha and mix well.
  10. Now cover it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on slow flame.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves .
