ABOUT Chatakedaar aloo RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato boiled small size 1/2kg
  2. Panchforan tadka : cumin seeds 1tsp
  3. Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
  4. fennel seeds 1tsp
  5. Coriander seeds 1tsp
  6. Safed til 1/2tsp
  7. Oil 2tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder 11/2 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 2tsp
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Chaat masala 1 /2 tsp
  13. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  14. Amchoor powder 1/2tsp
  15. Green chilli 2
  16. coriander leaves little

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes. peel and keep aside.
  2. Prick them with the help of fork
  3. In a pan heat oil crackle panchforan tadka [mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and sesame seeds].
  4. Add green chillies and potatoes .
  5. Add all spices and salt in it
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with green chutney and green chilli.
