Kids and adults, love frankies so why not make a healthy version of the same with loads of veggies in them.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour chapathis or tortillas - 4
  2. Ready made Cauliflower potato curry
  3. Green chatni - 2 tsp [made with coriander leaves, mint chutney, garlic, salt and sugar, blended to a paste]
  4. Cheese spread - 2 tbsp
  5. Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
  6. Grated carrots - 2 tbsp
  7. Cucumber - chopped, 1/4th cup
  8. Chaat masala - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Spread cheese spread and the green chutney on the roti.
  2. Then add the cauliflower potato curry on it [You can use any curry of your choice].
  3. Then add the grated cucumber and carrots, Sprinkle the chaat masala and salt on top.
  4. Roll the filled chapathi and serve.
