Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl semolina
  2. 1 bowl curd
  3. 1 pouch eno
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/2 cup green peas
  6. 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  7. Oil for greezing

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl put semolina, curd and salt.
  2. Put little water slowly and make batter without any lumps.
  3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 min add eno in the batter and mix gently
  5. Immediately pour into greeze idli mould and sprinkle some carrot and peas on the top.
  6. Steam for 12- 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with coconut chutney or shambhar.
