Maggie omlete is very good combination of egg and maggi it is a healthy breakfast for kids

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 no. Eggs
  2. 1 packet Maggie
  3. 1/2 onion fine chopped
  4. 1/2 Capsicum fine chopped
  5. 1/2 tomato fine chopped
  6. 1 green chilli Fine chopped
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. Black pepper powder
  9. 1/2 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. 1 tbsp Butter
  13. 1 Cup water

Instructions

  1. In pan boil one cup water add maggie and Boil for two minutes don't Over cook
  2. Keep aside allow to cool
  3. In mixing bowl break eggs add salt , Black pepper Powder and taste maker( maggie masala) and whisk nicely
  4. Now add cool n boiled maggi in egg and mix again
  5. In flat non-stick pan heat butter
  6. Now add Onion, Capsicum,tomato n greenchilli in butter
  7. Now pour maggie n eggs mixture in pan and cover the pan and cook for two minutes on low flame
  8. After two minutes place grated cheese and corinadar leaves on ready Maggie omlette
  9. Than fold ready maggie omlette and cook for another one minute
  10. Serve hot with sewzan sauce
