Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Refined flour
  2. Wheat flour
  3. Oil
  4. Salt
  5. Water
  6. Cheese
  7. Schezwan sauce
  8. Butter
  9. Boiled red beans
  10. Paneer
  11. Potato
  12. Sweet corn
  13. Bread crumbs
  14. Cumin powder
  15. Chat masala
  16. Red chilli powder
  17. Garam Masala
  18. Turmeric Powder
  19. Chopped coriander leaves
  20. Carrot
  21. Capsicum
  22. Onion
  23. Tomato
  24. Cabbage
  25. Beetroot

Instructions

  1. Take refined flour, wheat flour of same quantity. Add salt and oil.
  2. Add water and make a soft dough. Keep it for 15 minutes.
  3. Add garam masala, green chilli paste or red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander and salt, mix well.
  4. Take boiled potatoes, boiled red beans, paneer, bread crumbs, sweet corn and mash it. Add above mentioned masala and mix well.
  5. Make a rectangular tikki and shallow fry the tikki.
  6. Chop onion, tomato, cabbage, carrot, coriander, beetroot, capsicum, add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
  7. Make 4 to 5 roties, medium sized from the dough.
  8. Apply butter and schezwan sauce on the roti.
  9. Keep tikki and salad in the roti, add grated cheese, wrap the roti around tikki and salad.
  10. Serve hot with ketchup.
