Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Semolina [sooji/rava] - 1 cup
  2. Oats - 1 cup
  3. Curd - 1 cup
  4. Salt
  5. carrots - 1/4 th cup
  6. Green peas - 4 tbsp
  7. Green chutney [made with coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic and salt, blended together to form a paste] - 2 tsp
  8. Baking soda - 1/4 th tsp
  9. oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats and semolina with the curd, salt and green chutney. Mix well.
  2. Then add the grated carrots along with the green peas to the above mixture, mix well.
  3. Keep the above mixture for 15 minutes to rest.
  4. Now pour a ladle of the mixture into each idly maker cups greased with some oil. Steam them for 15 minutes. Rest them and serve with some chutney.
