It's really very tempting and very easy to make, a perfect breakfast option.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl rice flour
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 2 tablespoons butter
  4. 2 tablespoons sechwan sauce
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 2 tablespoons Oil for swallow fry
  7. M 1 sachet Eno powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly take rice flour add curd, salt and mix it nicely then add Eno powder for fermentation.
  2. Then take non stick pan put 1 teaspoon oil then rub it with kitchen clothes.
  3. Then with big spoon spread one spoon batter in pan and spread it and make dosa.
  4. Then on dosa put 1 teaspoon butter and 1 tablespoon sechwan sauce and mix both nicely and spread everywhere in dosa.
  5. On low flame cooked it from one side, another side also cooked on low flame.
  6. Then fold it from both sides.
  7. Then cut into two pieces and served with any Chutney or sauces.
