Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mixed veg - carrot,cabbage,beans,capsicum 4 cups cut into thin long stripes
  2. Dosa batter one bowl (to make 4 dosas).
  3. Onion 1 big,sliced
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Ginger,garlic paste - 1tsp
  6. Omelette 1 - cut into long pieces
  7. Chicken pieces -1/4 cup, cooked
  8. Light Soy sauce- 1/4 tsp or a little less
  9. Chilli sauce - 1/4 tsp
  10. Pepper- 1 pinch
  11. Salt
  12. Spring onion & celery- 2 to 3 tsp
  13. Tomato ketchu, 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, put ginger garlic paste and fry well. Then add onion, stir for 1 or 2 minutes.
  2. Put vegetables, along with soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper & salt. Cook till all vegetables are fully cooked.
  3. Add chicken & omelette, celery & spring onion.stir well for 3 -4 min. Remove.
  4. Adjust seasoning. Make a big dosa, don't make it too thin. When one side is done, flip it & transfer to a plate.
  5. Spread 1 tbsp of ketchup on the dosa and put enough filling, roll it well. Cut into 2 pieces.
  6. Serve
