Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Buttermilk 1/2 liter
  2. Boondi 1/2 small bowl
  3. Fresh small grated coconut - 1
  4. Some Curry leaves
  5. Red dry chillies- 3
  6. Salt 1/2 tbsp
  7. Gram masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
  9. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Onion 2
  11. Some garlic and ginger paste, freshly prepared - 1 tsp
  12. Green coriander leaves
  13. Coriander seeds - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. grind the coconut into a paste.
  2. Heat a wok with some oil, add the fennel seeds and coriander seeds, then add the chopped onion and saute.
  3. Add buttermilk and stir continuously.
  4. Now add ground coconut.
  5. Now add all spices to it.
  6. Once the mixture boils, add boondi to it.
  7. After 10 minutes switch off gas. Garnish it with green leaves of coriander.
