Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Suji or rawa 500 gm
  2. Curd 4 tbsp
  3. Butter milk 4 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Eno 1 packet
  6. Mustrd seeds 1tbsp
  7. 1 cup tuhar dal
  8. 3 green chilli
  9. 1tbsp red chilli powder
  10. 1/2TBSP turmeric powder
  11. 2 tomato
  12. Bottlergouard or louki 1 cup chopped
  13. Curry leaf 8
  14. Sambhar masala 2tbsp
  15. Ghee or butter 4tbsp
  16. Tamrind chutney 2tbsp
  17. Lemon juice 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1st make a batter for that add suji ,curd,buttermilk,salt Mix it properly &rest it for 10 minutes
  2. Cook dal in low flame. When it cook grind it
  3. Chopped veggies
  4. Heat a vessel add butter after that add mustrd seeds when crackle put few curry leaves
  5. Add chopped veggies &salt
  6. Cook 4 minutes in medium flame, add lemon juice and tamrind chutney
  7. Add spices .cook 7 minutes in medium flame
  8. Greese idli mould .after 10 minutes add eno mix it
  9. Pour better in moulds and cook 7to 8 minutes
