ABOUT beetroot masala puri RECIPE

This is one of my favourite breakfast , that has the healthy addition of healthy beetroots.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Half cup wholewheat flour
  2. besan one tbspn
  3. one small boiled beetroot
  4. salt as per taste
  5. chaat masala half tspn
  6. red chilli powder half tspb
  7. dhania /coriander powder half tspn
  8. water to knead dough

Instructions

  1. boil beetroot
  2. mash it very well
  3. add all ingredients n make tight dough
  4. keep for ten minutes
  5. make balls of dough
  6. roll out into small roundels or puris
  7. heat oil deep fry till crisp
