Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Jackfruit raw 250 gm
  2. Potatoes 250 gm
  3. Chopped Green Chillies 2
  4. 4 chopped onion
  5. 1 Lime juice
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. Garam masala 2 tsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  11. Dried red chilli 3
  12. Tomato 1 chopped
  13. Sugar 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil jackfruit and potato together, let it cool
  2. Mash it together add 1 chopped onion salt 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1tsp green chillies chopped, 1/2 tsp chilli powder and lime juice and 1 tbsp besan
  3. Keep the mix in fridge for 30 min, grease hand and make balls of this mixure. Fry the balls till golden brown in medium flame. Keep aside
  4. In grinder add 3 chopped onion 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, dried dred chillies, 1 tomato and make fine paste
  5. In a pan heat oil add the onion paste and fry on low heat till oil separates, add the curd salt turmeric red chilli powder garam masala and coriander powder and sugar, mix well. Cook well
  6. Add 1 cup water. Boil well, cover and cook. For 10 min
  7. Add the fried koftas in gravy cook for more 5 min
  8. Serve hot
