Milk almond peda is everyone's favorite. We usually prepare this sweet during the festival.
Amazing!
In a heavy bottom vessel boil the milk till it gets reduced to half quantity. Keep stirring occasionally.
Now add almond powder, milk powder, ghee and sugar, mix it properly so that there are no lumps.
Keep stirring on low flame continuously.
Keep cooking until it starts to leave sides of the pan. Now add cardamom powder and mix it properly.
Keep on cooking until a thick mass is formed, to test take a small portion and you should be able to make a ball. Now switch off the flame. And cool it down for 10 minutes.
Now grease your hand with ghee and take a small portion of mixture and start making a ball, give the shape of peda by slightly flattening it.
Make all the pedas in this way. Place the almond and arrange on a plate... Ready to serve..!
