Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Mithai mate-400 gms
  2. Milk powder- 2.5 cups
  3. Cardamom powder-1/4 spoon
  4. Ghee -2 spoons
  5. Badam- for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 spoon ghee in a flat non stick pan.
  2. Add mithai mate
  3. Add milk powder and keep stirring without forming lumps.
  4. Keep stirring on a medium flame till it separates pan
  5. Add cardamom powder at the end. You can skip cardamom powder as well
  6. Grease hand with ghee , take small portion of mix and shape it.
  7. Place Badam in the middle.
