It is a good combination of custard, ice cream, mango, chocolate and seviya.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 glass
  2. Custard 2 tablespoon
  3. Roasted Seviya 4 tablespoon
  4. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  5. Mango 1 chopped
  6. Almond 2 tablespoon chopped
  7. Choco chips 1 tablespoon
  8. Vanilla ice cream 2 scoop
  9. Chocolate syrup 2 tablespoon
  10. Cherry 1 tablespoon
  11. Rooafza 2 tablespoon
  12. Silver pearls 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Put seviya in a pan add water and boil it till it becomes soft. Switch off flame and cool it down.
  2. Boil 1 glass of milk in a pan. Add 2 tablespoon of chilled milk in a custard powder and mix it.
  3. Pour the custard mixture in boiled milk. Mix it.
  4. Cool the custard mixture and put in fridge.
  5. Take a glass put 1 tablespoon of rooafza then add chocolate syrup.
  6. Now put 2 tablespoon of seviya then put mango. Then put chocolate chips and mango pieces.
  7. Then put cherry, add custard.
  8. Lastly put vanilla ice cream and then chocolate chips, silver pearl, cherry and half tablespoon rooafza .
  9. Serve chilled.
