Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  3. Paneer 1/2 cup
  4. Salt
  5. Milk as required
  6. Sugar 2 cup
  7. Water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. At first make a dough of maida, salt, condensed milk, ghee , paneer & milk (non vegeterian can add 1 egg..its optional)
  2. Make small pooris from this dough.Take 5 poori & place it one after another like this
  3. Now roll it to make rose
  4. When complete the roll cut it into 2 piecess
  5. Just unfold it & make a shape of rose
  6. Deep fry the roses mix with oil & ghee
  7. Make thick sugar syrup & soak the roses in it for at least 5 to 6 hours.If it soaked well the roses will be soft like gulab jamun.
