Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Suji 1 abd 1/2 cup
  2. Dahi 1 cup
  3. Green chilly 2 chopped
  4. Onion 2 chopped
  5. Tomatoes 1 chopped
  6. Capsicum 1 chopped
  7. Haldi powder 1/4 tspn
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilly pow to taste
  10. Coriander powder 1/2 tspn
  11. Rai 1/2 + 1/2 tspn
  12. Ghee for greasing mould
  13. Eno 2 satchet

Instructions

  1. Mix curd into suji and make a paste like idly batter with some water .
  2. Now ad all chopped veggies +spices + 1/2 tspn rai . Mix well
  3. When you want to make divide batter into two parts , add one sachet eno into one part nd some mix
  4. Heat appa pana nd add one one drop ghee into all moulds and then one.one pinch rai in all moulds . Then add one one tspn of batter into each mould . now cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Now change their sides nd cook again , check with tooth pic ...
  6. Healthy vegetable appas r ready to eat serve hot with ketchup
