ABOUT VEGETABLE Appam RECIPE

Delicious appam, made with idly batter to be served with chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Idli batter 3 cup. 1, Onion
  2. Carrot greated Ginger garlic paste
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Green coriander (finely chopped)
  5. Oil - 2 tbsp
  6. Method
  7. Take idli batter in a big mixing bowl and add all the following ingredients into it - chopped onion,
  8. carrot, greated, coriander into it. Mix everything really well.
  9. Now preheat appam maker and pour some oil in each mold.
  10. Then fill each mold with one tsp batter. Now cover the appam maker with a lid and cook the appam for 2 minutes on low flame.
  11. When the appams turn golden brown in color, flip the side and let them cook until brown and crispy.
  12. Take out the appams in a plate and likewise prepare all the appams.
  13. Serve these delicious and mouth watering appams steaming hot with side
  14. assortment of any Indian dip or coconut chutney...

Instructions

  1. Idly batter ready
  2. Now preheat appam maker and pour some oil in each mold.
  3. Now cover the appam maker with a lid and cook the appam for 2 minutes on low flame.
  4. Ready
