Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Turai 500 gm
  2. Turmeric powder 1 tspn
  3. Hing a pinch
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tspn
  5. Coriander powder 1 tspn
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  7. Salt
  8. Desi ghee 2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Cut turai into pieces.
  2. Heat ghee in a wok. Add hing and cumin seeds, When it starts crackling add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder.
  3. Stir and now add turai and salt. Stir well and cover with a lid.
  4. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Stir in between once.
  5. Serve with rotis.
