ABOUT Grilled Veggie Pockets RECIPE

Marinated vegetables grilled in oven to be served as great appetizers.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sweet potato 1 big
  2. Potatoes 3
  3. Corn 1 big
  4. Oil 2 tbs
  5. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  6. Turmeric 1 tsp
  7. Chat masala 2 tsp
  8. Dhanya jeera powder 2 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. mixed herbs 2 tsp
  11. Garlic powder or paste 1 tsp
  12. Pepper powder 2 tsp
  13. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  14. Aluminum foil paper

Instructions

  1. Soak the vegetables in water, clean and pat them dry.
  2. Cut them into thick slices.
  3. Assemble rest of the ingredients.
  4. Marinate all vegetables with above spices salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper powder, mixed herbs, chat masala, Dhanya [coriander] powder, jeera [cumin powder] powder, garlic powder or paste, oil and lemon juice. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Take 2 sheets of aluminum foil put marinated vegetables making different pocket for each single servings.
  6. Put all pockets on baking tray
  7. Grill all pockets in preheat oven at 200* c for 20 minutes on upper rack.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy Grilled veggie Pockets.
