Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 2 cups
  2. Boiled potatoes 3
  3. Any flour ( I used wheat flour)
  4. Salt to taste
  5. oil
  6. Grated Carrot 1 cup
  7. Grated cabbage 1 cup
  8. Grated ginger garlic 1 tablespoon
  9. Tomato 1
  10. Onion 1
  11. Green chillies 4
  12. Capsicum 1
  13. Sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup
  14. Grated cheese 1 cup
  15. Grated paneer 1 cup
  16. Peri Peri oregano 1 tablespoon
  17. Coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon
  18. Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  19. Butter / veg oil
  20. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoon(for white sauce)
  21. Milk malai 1 tablespoon (for white sauce)
  22. Lemon 1/2
  23. Chat masala for sprinkle
  24. Ketchup 4 tablespoons
  25. Chilli sauce 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Take one big bowl, add wheat flour, 1 boiled potato, salt, oil and milk and make a dough.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, onion and stir.
  3. When onion turns into pinkish then add capsicum, green chilies, half grated carrot, little grated cabbage and stir and mushrooms.
  4. Now add salt, coriander powder, black pepper powder, and white sauce (white sauce made with mayonnaise + cream +milk) and simmer. Put small sliced boiled potatoes in it and mix well in low flame to medium flame.
  5. Your stuffing is ready.
  6. Take aside remaining raw grated cabbage, carrot, paneer and tomatoes.
  7. Make a big chapati, brush with mixed sauce. (tomato ketchup + chili sauce).
  8. Now make layers. Add vegetable stuff, raw cabbage, carrot, tomatoes, paneer and cheese.
  9. Sprinkle peri peri oregano powder, squeeze lemon juice and add chat masala.
  10. Fold the sides and make packed pocket like this.
  11. Then heat the tawa put this packed pocket on the tawa. Bake both sides with the help of veg oil or butter in low flame so that they can be properly baked.
  12. When the packed pocket is baked cut them from the middle. If you want more spicy and tasty sprinkle chat masala at the top. Serve hot with the salad, green chutney and enjoy your Milky Veggie healthy pockets.
