For making cover we have to make sheets: For that take all purpose flour salt and milk in a vessel.
Mix it properly that it shuold be batter without lumps and runny consistency, if needed add some more milk in it.
Now heat a nonstick pan and spread some batter on it.
Cook it for few seconds and then remove from the pan and keep aside. This way you have to make sheets from all the batter.
For filling heat butter in a pan, add corns, capsicum and onions in it and saute.
Add all purpose flour in it and saute again.
When colour of flour changes add milk in it and cook with stirring continuously on medium flame.
Add grated cheese and chilli flakes ,Crushed garlic and salt to taste
Cook it till mixture become thick and starts leaving the pan Than turn of the flame and remove this mixture in a plate and allow it to cool down completly Meanwhile you have to make thick cornflour slurry for making pockets from sheets
Take a sheet which we have prepared before spread thick cornflour slurry on the it using your finger
Put some filling on it
Fold the sides and press little
Now roll it and press again to the corner your pocket is ready
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry it on high flame
Fry till become gOlden and crisp
Now we have to make sauce for that heat butter in a pan add all purpose flour in it and saute
As flour get roasted little add milk in it
Add salt and cheese in it
Cook for 1-2minuts And turn off the gas let it cool a little Than add pizza sauce in it
Now time to serve ,serve crispy creamy spicy maxican pockets with creamy sauce
