Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 200gms
  2. Onion 4(large)
  3. Malai half cup
  4. Oil 2 tablespoons
  5. Cumin seeds
  6. Asafoetida (a pinch )
  7. Red chilli powder : half spoon
  8. Coriander powder : 1 spoon
  9. Degi mirch powder:half spoon
  10. Shahi paneer masala and kitchen king masala :half spoon
  11. Salt according to your taste
  12. Mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Firstly take the paneer and cut it into cubes. Take onions and cut them into slices.Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer cubes in it.
  2. Keep aside the cubes. Take another pan ,put some oil. Add asafoteida and Cummins seeds and make them crackle.
  3. Now add onions in it and fry them in oil until they get the colour of brown-golden.
  4. Add rest of the masala into it. Now fry these masala with onion until they left oil in the pan.
  5. Add Malai into it. Saute the onions into it till the Malai left its oil.
  6. Now lastly add paneer cubes into it. Mix it well
  7. Serve them in a dish and garnish it with onion rings and mint leaves for the presentation. Serve it hot and enjoy your meal!
