Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken- 200 gm boneless cut into strips
  2. Soya sauce- 1 tsp
  3. Salt- to taste
  4. Corn flour- 2 tsp
  5. Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic powder- 1 tsp
  8. Veggies: carrot- 1 finely chopped
  9. Cabbage-1 cup finely chopped
  10. Capsicum- 1/2 cup finely chopped
  11. Salt- to taste
  12. Onion- 1 small finely chopped
  13. Green chilly paste- 1 tsp
  14. Soya sauce- 1 tsp
  15. Green chilly sauce- 1 tsp
  16. Noodles- 2 cups (boiled)
  17. Oil- 3 to 4 tbsp
  18. Chinese salt- 2 pinches
  19. oil- for frying
  20. Spring roll sheets

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with above ingredients.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan & shallow fry chicken.
  3. In a same oil add onions. Sauté it. Add green chilly paste. Cook for a while.
  4. Add all veggies- on a high flame. Add salt. Mix it well. Cover the lid and Cook it for few minutes.
  5. Now add cooked chicken, soya sauce, green chilly sauce, noodles & Chinese salt and mix well. Cook on a high flame for a while.
  6. Let it be cool down.
  7. Now take roll sheet and place 1 tsp this mixture and roll it.
  8. You can freeze them if you want.
  9. Heat a good amount of oil in a karahi and deep fry the rolls.
  10. Serve it with ketchup.
