ABOUT Chinese Chicken Noodles RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hakka noodles 1/2 packet
  2. 1 big capsicum
  3. 1 big sized carrot
  4. Spring onion 4 sticks
  5. White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  7. Soya sauce 2 teaspoon
  8. Green chillies 3-4
  9. Green chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  10. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  11. 1 inch grated ginger
  12. Garlic flakes 5-6
  13. Olive oil or any oil 4 tbsp
  14. Fried egg pieces 4 tbsp
  15. 1 cup fried chicken pieces
  16. Few curry leaves
  17. Salt to taste
  18. 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  19. A pinch of ajinomoto

Instructions

  1. First boil water in a pan, add in the hakka noodles, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, few curry leaves, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste and cook till it's half done. Then strain it and keep it aside.
  2. Next, heat oil in a pan, add in the chopped ginger, garlic, curry leaves, green chillies, 1 tbsp soya sauce and toss it.
  3. Then add the white part of the spring onion, capsicum, chopped carrot and fry it for 1 minute.
  4. Next, add in the soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper and white pepper. Fry it for a few seconds.
  5. Now add in the fried egg pieces and fried chicken pieces. Add salt to taste, then saute and cook.
  6. Now add in the boiled noodles and mix it well. Lastly add in the vinegar and sprinkle the green part of the spring onion in it.
  7. Yummy Chinese Chicken Noodles is ready to be served.
