ABOUT Noodle Roll RECIPE

Delicious and crispy roll with noodles stuffing, a wonderful snack with a cup of hot chai.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Noodles boiled and strained 1 cup
  2. Cabbage 1/4 cup, shredded
  3. Carrot 1, shredded
  4. 1 Onion, sliced finely
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Little soy sauce 1 tsp
  7. Little ketchup 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Chilly sauce 1 tsp
  10. Maida paste for sticking purpose - 1 tbsp and 1 tbsp water
  11. Spring roll sheets as many as required
  12. bread crumbs 1 cup

Instructions

  1. For the Filling: In a wok add oil and fry the onions, cabbage, carrot on a high flame for two minutes.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry on high flame for another two minutes. Add salt and all the sauces.
  3. Fry it on a high flame for 30 seconds and add in the boiled noodles.
  4. Toss it well and turn off the flame.
  5. Take a spring roll sheet and fill in the stuffing, once it cools, seal the edges with the maida paste and dip them in the flour and water mixture and roll it in crusty crumb. Deep fry them till crispy and brown.
  6. Enjoy it hot with a cup of hot chai.
