Easy to make eggless mango icecream in Chocolate cups

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mango pulp 1 cup
  2. Whipping cream 1 cup*
  3. Amul fresh cream 1 cup **
  4. Condensed milk 1/2 tin /200 ml
  5. Icing sugar 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Keep the bowl and beater In the fridge for 15 minutes
  2. In a bowl take whipped cream and icing sugar and beat till soft stiff peaks are formed
  3. Now add the pulp and condensed milk and fresh cream and beat till soft peaks.
  4. Add more pulp if required
  5. Pour in airtight container
  6. Freeze for 7 to 8 hours.
  7. For the cups melt chocolate over double boiler
  8. Mix until smooth
  9. Pour melted chocolate into silicone moulds
  10. Refrigerate until set
  11. Gently unmould them
  12. Scoop the ice cream and serve in Chocolate cups
