Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 150 gm soya chuncks
  2. 1/2 cup onions cut into cubes
  3. 1/2 cup green peppers cut into cubes
  4. 1/2 cup deseeded tomatoes cut into cubes
  5. 1/4 cup chopped Spring onions
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  8. 2 tbs soya sauce
  9. 2 tbs vinegar
  10. 1/2 tsp sugar
  11. 2 tbs tomato ketchup
  12. 1 tsp seasame seeds
  13. Oil for sauting

Instructions

  1. Soak the nutrela for 1/ 2 hour.after that drain it.
  2. Put it in pressure cooker and pressure cook till 2 whistles..
  3. Drain it and keep aside.
  4. Take a non stick frying pan and saute the soya. Chuncks till it attain the golden colour..
  5. Place it in another bowl and in same frying pan add all the veggies and keep stirring it for 4to 5 minutes..
  6. To this add soya sauce, vinegar,tomato ketchup and sugar into it season it with salt and pepper..
  7. Toss it completely and Garnish it with green spring onions. Serve it with roti rice or anything of ur choice
