It's a Maharashtrian recipe, especially for fast..very quick to make and sweet sour and spicy in taste. Generally, it is served with Varicha Bhat/Samo seeds/Bhagar.

Take Kokum, wash and soak for about 10 mins.
Dry roast groundnuts until slightly colour change, taking care not to burn at all.
Take the roasted groundnuts, 1tsp cumin seeds, dry red chillies, red chilly powder in a mixer and grind it to a fine powder, without any water.
Now take a pan, add ghee let it get warm, add cumin seeds.
Next, add groundnut powder (chutney) and saute for few seconds, again do it quickly to prevent from getting burnt
Now add kokum, along with its water, mix well.
Add 4 cups water, let it simmer for 2-3 mins.
Add jaggery and salt as per taste, mix well..simmer 2 more mins.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot
