Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cleaned Prawns - 500 gms
  2. Refine oil - 4 tablespoon
  3. Chopped Onion - 2 nos
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoon
  5. Chopped Tomatoes - 2 nos
  6. Chopped Green Chillies - 2 nos
  7. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  9. Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Garam Masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Slice of lemon and green chillies for garnishing
  13. Luke warm water

Instructions

  1. Marinate the prawns with salt and turmeric and keep aside for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Take kadhai put refine oil and fry the marinated prawns for just 1-2 minutes and take out in a bowl.
  3. In the same kadhai put chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and stir for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell goes off.
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and all dry masala along with 5 Tablespoon of luke warm water and cook for 5 minutes in very low flame.
  5. Once the oil separated from masalas put the fried prawns and add little luke warm water and cover the kadhai and cook in low flame for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Once done garnish with a slice of lemon and serve hot with Paratha or steam rice.
