Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One whole Cauliflower
  2. Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  3. Ginger - garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  5. Curd 1 cup
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Green chillies 1-2
  9. oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take the cauliflower, clean it thoroughly. Cut the extra ends. Make sure you keep the Cauliflower whole.
  2. Now in a large vessel, boil water with 1 Tbsp salt. Once the water comes to a boil, lower the flame, dip the whole Cauliflower in the water and parboil just for 3 mins. You will see the unwanted bits floating on top of the water.
  3. At this point, preheat the oven at 180°c for 15 mins.
  4. Drain the cauliflower. Now it's clean and insect free. Now, in a bowl, mix Curd, tandoori Masala, garam masala, kasuri Methi, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, salt to taste
  5. Place the cauliflower on your oven tray. Apply this paste to the cauliflower. Make sure you apply all over. After this, drizzle some oil.
  6. Cook it on the pre-heated oven for 20 mins or till you get nice burnt crust on the cauliflower.
  7. Take it out of the oven, rest for 2-3 mins and serve hot!
