Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Red Chillies 1 cup
  2. Oil 1/3 cup
  3. Finely chopped Garlic 5 tbsp
  4. Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  5. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  6. Soy sauce 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take 1 cup of water, add the dried red chillies and bring them to boil. Make sure you remove the seeds before simmering. Once done, strain the chillies and grind them into a fine paste. Add water as per needed
  2. Now, to make the sauce, heat oil add the garlic, saute for few seconds.
  3. Now add the Chilli paste followed by soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt sugar. Mix everything
  4. Saute the mix, till the oil starts to separate.
  5. Take off it the heat, let it cool and then store it in an air tight container
