Remove the top of the tomatoes and scoop the flesh from inside.
Puree the pulp with other tomto in blander.
For the filling Grate cottage cheese and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Fill the tomatoes with the filling an keep aside.
For the gravy Heat a pan add oil ,when the oil is hot add cumin and little bit asafoetida .
Add tomato puree ,ginger, green chilli paste and all spices.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes .
Now add cashew paste.mix well.
Now add cream ,mix well .
And now milk ,after one boil add stuffed tomato,
Cook it till the tomatoes becomes soft.
Serve hot with naan or pratha.
